Drop Off Recycling


Bins for depositing residential materials are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All bins in the drop-off area are clearly marked for acceptable materials. 

Please do not deposit bags in the bins when recycling your materials. If you do not see a bin for the material you want to recycle, it is not an acceptable item for the drop-off program. Anyone depositing unacceptable items at the Recycling Center will be subject to illegal dumping penalties pursuant to Center Township's Solid Waste Ordinance. Aluminum & Steel
Food & Beverage Containers

Cans should be rinsed, labels are OK.

We do not accept aluminum foil, pots and pans, grills, or other scrap metal items.


NEWSPAPER
Newsprint, including 
Inserts & Advertisements


OFFICE PAPER
All Colors of Copy, 
Printer & Tablet Paper, Envelopes, Junk Mail

GLASS
Clear, Green, & Brown
Food & Beverage Containers

Bottles & jars should be rinsed, remove and discard lids, labels or OK. 

We do not accept window or auto glass, stemware, dishes, or ceramics.


CARDBOARD
Corrugated ONLY

We do not accept single layer paperboard (cereal/tissue box) or Styrofoam packing.


PLASTICS
#1 & #2 Plastic
Bottle Form Only

Bottles should be rinsed, remove and discard lids, labels are OK.

We do not accept wide mouth food containers, #3 to #7 plastics, vinyl siding, or plastic toys.


MAGAZINES
Stapled or Glued Magazines
& Catalogs

YARD WASTE
Leaves, Grass, Clippings & Branches Under 5" in Diameter

We do not accept lumber, furniture or branches over 5" in diameter.
